BRT: I listened to Sports Final and was interested in the Cougars!
I am a Utah man. That is, the University of Utah. My father went there. My mother went there. (For two degrees each!) I went there and took their money. I worked for them during school and for four years afterwards. And now I am a Cougar.
I am attending BYU's MBA program in the fall. I took prerequisite classes from BYU's Salt Lake Center. Once, I wore a BYU T-shirt. To class. It was a really hot day, it was on the top of the pile since I got it for my birthday (my wife is funny). I put it on, and felt strange. Weird. Kind of cleaner and dirtier at the same time.
And I'm writing now because we've moved to Orem, and on the long commute, since I'm still working at the U., I listened to KSL's Sports Final. And Bill Riley was talking about BYU's football team and how its most important games are Notre Dame and Stanford. And though I am no sports fan, I could feel the change. "Them" was now "Us." Go Cougars. I think.
